About blood pressure

Blood pressure indicates how much pressure the blood provides on the blood vessels of the circulatory system.
A normal blood pressure will, at rest, lie between 100-140 (systolic) and 60-90 (diastolic). If you have a blood pressure below 100/60 mmHg, it is called for hypotension and it is over 140/90 mmHg, it is called hypertension.
High blood pressure affects more than 25 percent of the Western population and causes up to 12 percent of all deaths.
Blood pressure is measured typically by putting a blood pressure cuff on the upper arm. The pumped up with air that slowly dropped out again, and along the way read blood pressure.

My first product review about height increasing shoe insoles

Right im going to be writing my first product review today.. wish me luck and here it is. It is about height increasing shoe lifts that are basically insoles to help you get taller.

When i first opened the height increasing insoles and put them on you suddenly find your self looking around and thinking how cool it must be for tall people being so tall and then you realize that now you are tall yourself.

There are a lot of benefits from being so much taller, you can reach the top shelf easily without having to tip toe... people wearing high heels no longer are taller than you.
You will find you have more confidence and people will be looking up to you both physiologically and literally.
Well all this being said height increasing insoles is sure way of appearing taller that costs less than you might think... a lot less than a a lifestyle some how to grow taller programs tell you to go on. Shoe lifts costed me about £10 totally worth it in my eyes because if you add (if you can even add up the huge amount of benefits that come with these insoles) you will find that £10 is nothing.

Well this was just a quick product review.. more on there way. Anyone want me to write  product review about anything and post it on this blog?
